Cascabel resident involved in tractor accident is identified | News
A Cascabel man, involved in a tractor accident over the weekend, has been identified. Louis Lancaster, an 89-year-old man, had originally been reported missing by his family, but was later found at the bottom of a ravine, pinned beneath his tractor.
According to Search and Rescue personnel Lancaster appeared to have been coming down from a hill, at an estimated 20 degree slope when his tractor went off the road and into a ravine. SAR officials say he was ejected from the tractor before it rolled.
The Cochise County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the case, and officials are saying that foul play is not suspected.
