Get into the spirit of the season! There are many events being offered this holiday season—take the time with family and friends to enjoy them.

On December 7 & 8, Fort Huachuca will be celebrating N.O.E.L.—Night of Extraordinary Lights! From 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., the Mountain View Golf Course will be transformed into a holiday sensation. Activities include hay rides to view light displays, ice skating rink with skates provided, photos with Santa, holiday movies, caroling and much more. Concessions will be available for dinner and snacks as well as vendors for holiday shopping. Admission is free, and entrance to the Golf Course is off Buffalo Soldier Trail at Wilcox Drive.

One of the many events offered to celebrate the season is the annual Christmas Concert performed by the Sierra Vista Community Chorus. This crowd-pleasing concert will be held at the Buena Performing Arts Center on Friday, December 14 at 7 p.m. The theme for this year’s holiday production is “Christmas Jubilee” and it’s certain that each and every song will be familiar. Admission is free; please bring a new, unwrapped toy which will be donated to the Sierra Vista Fire Department’s annual toy drive and food items for donation to a local food bank.

For information and directions, call the Sierra Vista Visitor Center at 417-6960 or stop by the Visitor Center in the Oscar Yrun Community Center, 3020 E. Tacoma Street.
