Cochise County Sheriff's deputies search for missing Bisbee woman

(KOLD)- The Cochise County Sheriff's Department is searching for a woman who has not been seen missing since May 25, 2011.

The Sheriff's Department was contacted June 1 and asked to conduct a welfare check on Bridget Erickson, 34, according to Cochise County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Carol Capas.

The person who reported Erickson missing told deputies she had not been seen or heard from since the afternoon of May 25 in Bisbee, Capas said.

Sheriff's Deputies contacted Erickson's friends who reported that she had been at her Bisbee home on May 25 before leaving on foot to visit relatives a short distance away, Capas said.
